Founded in 1951 with a unique concept based on the heritage of Happiness, the brand has evolved to a more exclusive platform, offering an impressive range of Winter and Summer resorts and interesting city stopovers, in 72 countries around the globe. Following a 6-way pitch in January 2014 the Global team in Paris appointed us and for three-year programme of change, working as their sole strategic marketing agency. Key to the success of this was defining a new tone of voice epitomising the Spirit of Club Med that reinforced their unique premium positioning. Our work overed most aspects of online and offline communication, as well as providing content for all Club Med's social media channels.
