When we started out on our Initials journey we had one belief, front and center; It's the characters that make the difference. Over ten years later, it's still true. We're a collective team with real empathy, yes for our clients but most importantly for each other - and that mutual support and respect is central to our ethos. Our EVP reflects the importance of celebrating the individual and the advantage it gives us as a business.

I want us to create the most rounded marketers in the business. That's only possible if you employ smart people with the right attitude, who want to learn more and have the hunger to better themselves and those around them. This can be uncomfortable for some at first, but the way to make it work is that when people do push themselves, they are never left short of support.

A flat management structure where there are no egos (well not many!), and an insistence that no one would ask someone to do something that they wouldn't do themselves are central to our culture, a culture built on Openness, Imagination, Intelligence and Commitment and it is this that creates the right environment to nurture true creativity.
